My ear had been blocked five weeks and quite sore,dreaded ear procedure,went in could not believe how much wax comeout and so painless,a job very well done I won’t go anywhere else, ps I went in a walk-in centre few days before they did a prod down my ear,sore for hours.

I’ve been a customer of Olivea and her team for six years. I have found the products they have provided to me and the service quality to be excellent. For example, the periodic (free) hearing reviews I am invited to which regularly pick up details that I might otherwise not have noticed, such as gradual loss due to ear wax build up or change in my prescription. Highly recommend this clean , professional & relaxing practice . Monum was very helpful and advised me with ear care to control repeated need for syringing etc . She cleared my blocked ear with water very carefully and comfortably .The whole visit was really friendly from the phone call yesterday to make an appointment , to the warm greeting at reception prior to the treatment . I’ll definitely return .

Contacted Integrate in the morning and was given an appointment same day. I'm quite a nervous patient, but from the moment I arrived I felt very much at ease. Monum carried out microsuction, and from start to finish and was totally professional. She explained every step prior to carrying it out, and I wasn't hurried at all. She further advised on aftercare and how to manage any future flare ups . I would totally recommend going to Integrate, and this will be my go to place in the future. Thank you again Monum.

I recently visited the team at the Cheadle clinic, having already used the services at their smaller hub in Wrexham, and wow, the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the team was outstanding. I came away with having my issue resolved and more knowledgeable about how to look after my ears and my overall hearing. Whilst I live an hour from the Cheadle clinic, there are many other clinics I could visit in between, I will always be making an appointment to see the team at Integrate Hearing. I would not trust anyone else with such an important thing as my hearing.

What can I say. Love what the NHS do but they are so stretched..BUT this place is ace. So easy. Called 9am Monday after 4 days with no hearing in left ear and was in at 12 having both ears syringed. Pain free. 15 mins...Very professional service and lovely ladies to deal with. Highly recommend 👌

When I went for my appointment due to build, up of ear wax I could hear virtually nothing! Within minutes I could totally hear, it was like magic! Fabulous service, professional, kind, considerate, lots of background info and after care, amazing, I will defo go here next time, am sure there will be a next time sadly, that's my ears.

Excellent service! Olivia was patient, informative and caring. Ear wax removal by micro suction was far more efficient and not at all uncomfortable when compared to previous irrigation methods through NHS surgeries. A helpful suggestion might be to charge less for one ear, in order to stay competitive with some other names offering similar services.

Having had an ear wax problem for some time , which was exacerbated by warm olive oil, making me almost totally deaf, I was very pleased to get an urgent appointment with Olivia.She did an excellent micro-suction wax extraction which was completely painless and very quick. I took me 91 year old Aunt to see Olvia as she had an ear wax build up completely blocking both ear canals. Olivia was excellent with her and used several different techniques to ensure all wax was removed. I fully recommend Olivia and will be back should the need arise again in the future.

Attended Integrate Hearing after suffering hearing loss for about ten days due to a blockage caused by a build up of ear wax. Olivia explained the micro-suction process in detail prior to removal and cleared my ears. The whole process was painless and well worth the relief of having clear ears again. Olivia came out to my home during lockdown which was a great service. I had microsuction on one ear that had been troubling me with a build up of wax. This is a common problem for me and I get it done once a year. Not wanting to venture into town to my usual place, the home visit was very welcome. The procedure was very quick and painless. She also gave me a thorough hearing test which reassured me about my hearing. Being over 50 and experiencing tinnitus for many years I wanted to know if I had any hearing loss. Good to know that there is nothing wrong with my hearing.

I visited Olivia in Cheadle towards the end of 2020 with a view to getting some new hearing aids. My sister had recommended Integrate Hearing to me. From my first appointment I was really impressed. Olivia was very reassuring and patient. Most importantly, I never felt pressured into buying. I had several appointments to ensure the correct fitting. I had previously only been able to wear a hearing aid in my right ear as the one for my left ear wasn’t a very uncomfortable fit. Thanks to Olivia I now have correct fitting aids for both ears. So pleased I decided to make the change.

I was completely blocked in both ears due to earwax this was caused by ear plugs worn over a long time, it was uncomfortable and disconcerting. I was told by the ENT that there would be a 3 month wait for an NHS appointment! Thank god for Olivia, she saw me within 2 days and after 2 visits had my hearing restored. well worth the money she is a very experienced, kind and understanding professional.

Very pleased to have found Olivia, who has been a big help with post-Covid hearing problems. I saw her first for a Hearing Check and wax removal. The system she uses for this was much more pleasant than my previous experiences of wax removal on the NHS. The check found some hearing loss and Olivia recommended a full hearing test, at no extra charge, which was an hour and a half appointment. From this, she was able to tell me where the problem lay, explain it to me, then let me try some hearing aids. She emailed me a record of the results, and has written to my GP to inform him of her findings. I have been disheartened by the lack of interest in my long Covid symptoms from my GP, and was so reassured by the way Olivia listened to me and took a keen interest in getting to the bottom of my newly acquired tinnitus and hearing loss. I highly recommend her services.

Olivia came to see my 90yr old mum, because she had impacted wax in her left ear. Mum was really nervous and worried about the procedure for removal.
